Who wants some logrit?

Ahhh logrit, or as the rest of us call it, yogurt. Yesterday I was so tired. In the morning I went to get my health check up for work and ended up getting a TB test, blood drawn, a flu shot and a DTP shot. Later in the afternoon I just felt kind of yucky so I decided to take a nap...I spent most of that nap time either awake with a child in my face or in that state where you feel as though you are asleep but can still hear some of the goings on around you...so, during that dreamy state Hannah came in and told me she needed to wash her hands...I told Joe to get her a towel...then went back to my dreamy state. When I finally emerged from my nice warm covers and wandered into the kitchen, look what I found!!!
This is "princess baby"....she is known by this name because she is wearing a dress and all princesses wear dresses, right? So, I guess princess baby was hungry for some logrit...lucky for her it all washed off nicely and now she is as pretty as a princess should be!! I hope I happen to be around next time princess baby decides she wants a snack!

We were looking through photos the other day and found pictures of Kowhai covered head to toe in yogurt. We still have to remind her that the food goes in the mouth. She loves textures and without thinking she always touches her food with her hands. Still!!

That is so dang funny! I LOVE the picture, it's priceless.

Chelsea started to call it yogrit when she was little, funny, so we all still use yogrit at our house.

I love it!!! Brecken has a doll that I am constantly fishing food out of the mouth of. Little girls are just too cute!

Kim, this is soooooooooo funny! It made me laugh out loud! I am sure it wasn't funny when you first saw it, but aren't things always funnier after the fact!
I love it!!!

I think princess baby wanted a logrit facial, I'll bet she's got some nice, porcelain skin now, doesn't she?

That is funny. Did she share any with Hannah?

Princess Baby is a very fortunate dolly!

I know all about those half-naps. Dang it! We deserve full ones once in a while, maybe while the logrit is locked up!

I'm glad that you can find humor in such a mess. It makes life more enjoyable. I too know about half naps, that's how I have been sleeping at night lately because Lauren has been waking up so even if she isn't crying, I always imagine that she is. And I am only starting to get the baby profile, so it still looks a little bit chubby, instead of a "bump"

That is funny! I'm so glad to see that these things happen at other people's houses, too!

What a pleasant way to wake up! You have to admire the fact that she wanted to share with princess baby though...if only adults could be so concerned with one another!
