Feeling Loved Tag

Tagged by Julie

I think that everyone needs to feel loved,
so I am doing this tag. Here are the rules:
1. As a comment on my blog, leave a memory that you and I have together. It doesn't matter of you know me a little or a lot, anything you remember. If we are only blogging friends, write about a post that is most memorable. If you don't have a blog, or don't know how to sign in, please comment as anonymous.

2. Next, repost these instructions on your blog, and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll be sure to write one about you, either on your blog or in my comment box.

3. If the memory happens to involve my husband, please include him.
4.If you can't say something nice, don't say nothin' at all. :)
OK, let's see what you've got.

I think my favorite memories are too many to list, but here are two that just jump right out there...

I remember freaking out and crying hysterically about a haircut that I thought was way too short. You were bewildered.

I remember you freaking out when you could not make a bow in a class. We were both mucho pregnant with our firstborn(s). You were in the class, crying and slamming your hands on the table. At first I thought you were kidding. Then I was bewildered.

One more, I remember that you have always been so forgiving of my folly and foolishness. I hope to someday be as full of charity as you are. I love and admire you very much.

Mwahhahaha!!!! (Do you remember who actually laughed that way sometimes?)-K, that's one of my favorite memories, you always made the group laugh. Can't even say why here. Too out in the open!!

But I do have a lot of memories of you. When you spend every morning working out(except Sundays) with the same person for almost a year, you get to know them pretty darn well. (Would you like me to hold your feet while you do some sit ups?)

You're one of the most gifted, natural athelettes that I've ever had the chance to work out with. And can a girl say, some of the best looking legs around, except for my own of course.

Remember our Thanksgiving Day run. It was the first we'd ever done together. Laura Atkinson talked us into running. We didn't think we could do a 5k. We ended up doing a 10k, could have kept going, but we both had to go in and get ready for the day. We did get shin splints though. Not any more. You?

You helped me out through some rough times, like I know you do with all your friends. I hope I've learned to be better at it because of you.

Oh oh oh, remember standing outside the church and you were having a moment and I asked if you wanted a hug? That was a fun moment, but I learned from it. I hug much more these days. (Ya, did ya all hear that!!)

I know the first time I met you, I was sitting in the shade at the church house pulling taffy with my kids. We sat and talked for a bit. You saw my competitive side that day.

Oh I could keep going. But who would keep reading?

Thanks for always being a great friend.

Wow, it really is hard to pick just one. I also remember that first day in the kindergarten class. I remember thinking that I would love to be friends with someone like you, then you were in my ward!
The late-nights and slumber parties are priceless. Guy always wondered what we talked about, if he only knew!! You really introduced me to the joy of spending time with a bunch of women. I had never done that before.
Of course, I couldn't not mention the first time I heard/saw you tell the story about you and Aaron and the peeing, etc. I laugh just thinking about it!

Michelle...you have seen me at my very worst!! Throwing tantrums not something I usually like to share with others...I'm so glad you still like me after the bow fiasco...I was just telling the kids about that the other day..LOL...not my finest moment. I do so wish I could make a nice bow!! You are always the first person I think of when I need really good parenting advise...I know you are such a good mother and I really look up to you!! Thanks for the nice things said about me...I'm blushing!

Lia...I have so many fond memories of our workout times...and no..I do not want you to hold my feet while I do situps...that is another one of my non finest moments. And I do remember that time we ran and it was so much easier than we thought it would be..and the horrible shin splints..good shoes is the remedy for that! Don't have them this time around..woo hoo! As for the hugging...I am the most huggy person and when you asked if I wanted one from you..it kinda freaked me out, Lia doesn't hug...but I'm glad you offered!! That meant more than you can know. Thanks for being MY friend Lia..you are more special to me than you know. Again I'm blushing with the nice things said!

Julie...I always felt like we had so much in common, the most cool thing was the ages and birth order of our kids..though that's changed a bit...sorry I will not have number 7...hee hee....You are such a wonderful friend and I value our friendship so much...thank you!

I think I've already left comments about all of our my fun memories. I fondly remember all the fun parties, stamping, scrapbooking, talking late, LAUGHING uncontrolably.
I remember working out at the fitness center with you and Lia every morning at 5am, it was fun, wish I still had good work out partners.
I remember the funny seal story you told at Lia's birthday party,I probably shouldn't share it online but it was hilarious!

I remember sitting with all of our little ones together in church. It was fun to have them all the same age.
I also remember you coming to work with Cindy Midgley and I at Clarke American for a couple of weeks, you shared the story about Aaron leaving that note for you about life being too short. I was SO jealous, I always wished it was Arden that had told me to quit.
You have always been someone I love to be around and talk with, you have a lot of wisdom.

In response to your comment on my blog, after the turtle story I think I said "Get off, I can't breathe" I may have also said are you done yet, I'm not sure about that one. I am quite the claustrofobic. I don't remember when I've laughed that hard either. Do you guys remember paper egging a house that night too. I think it was Greg & Angie's but I can't remember.
That was fun.

Jacque...I remember giving Teri and Bishop a "heart attack"...maybe vaguely remember the paper egg thing. I know I always feel bad when I think of how you helped me get that job and then I quit...I still feel embarrassed about that...sorry.
