Trying again
When stress is upon me I do what I do best...I eat. Food is my vice of choice. So....I am going to try once again to get in shape...to eat better...not diet...just make better choices. We have a family membership at the YMCA (thanks Dad!) and they just opened a really nice facility very close to home....only a 5 minute drive. It's pretty nifty..it's connected to the middle school. They have a very nice childwatch center and it's included in our family membership. Hannah and I took a trip out there today and she enjoyed the childwatch center while I enjoyed the treadmill and the weight machines. It felt so good to do it....I want to take the older kids tonight and enjoy it some more. They have classes too...even STEP...my very favorite! So, I'm putting this out there to hold myself a little more accountable...

You can do it! I'm right there with you, but the included child care makes it so much easier to actually get there. Sending you positive exercise thoughts.
Yea! I'm so excited about the Fallbrook Y. I just wasn't always motivated to go find parking at the downtown Y. I would love to go to a class, I especially love step. (The thought of how out of shape I'll be at my first class is scary!) My schedule is pretty free since they have childwatch. But I can't take Jason until next Wed when he is 6 weeks.
When I saw the title of your post on my blog, the first thing that came to mind was trying to get pregnant! I didn't think that was it, but it sure got my attention!
Good for you. Diet is a misunderstood word. Change your eating so that you have a life long healthy diet. Eating is THE largest part of the battle! Remember one hour working out can increase your appetite and tempt you into eating more than you should, so be careful. Your body needs nutrients! I will be watching and waiting for progress reports my friend.
