Locks for Love
Last night I took Megan to have her hair cut and highlighted. She has been planning to get 10 inches cut and donate it to Locks for Love. I told her she could get highlights when she turns 12. She got some pretty caramel highlights. She got home and measured her ponytail and it was actually 14 inches...she is quite offended...but she's happy to send it in for someone else to enjoy it. I'm really proud of her! And it looks so cute!!

Good for her! Em did that about a year ago and misses her long hair. It's getting there though and she's happy she was able to do donate it.
Kowhai also did this and Locks for Love will actually send a Thank you card after they've recieved the hair. It's pretty cool.
That is so great that she wanted to do that. What a sweet girl. This past December I cut off 10 inces of my hair and donated it too. It was scarey but felt good to do that. Happy birthday to her as well!

Good job Meagan! Chelsea keeps telling me she is going to do that, but I don't want her to cut her hair. Is that selfish or what?
